OUR ROOMS AND STUDIOS FOR THE ELDERLY IN RICHELIEU
Résidence Bleu et Or is a residence for the elderly with 82 rooms and adapted studios, with specialized services for retirees. We welcome people who are autonomous and in loss of autonomy.
We offer a choice of 3 room sizes, as well as some studios. These are spread over three floors, all accessible by two elevators.
Each room and studio includes:
- A private bathroom equipped with a bath/shower and safety bars
- A standard sink and toilet
- lingerie and a large wardrobe
All inclusive formula for all apartments
3 meals a day + snacks,

Heating
A temperature control is installed in each room. The heating is electric radiant type (baseboard), which allows temperature control by means of a thermostat.
Security
Each room or studio is also equipped with emergency buttons in the room and bathroom and an emergency zipper in the hallway, as well as a smoke and fire detector connected to a central unit.
